Subscriptions are offered to sellers interested in expanding their reach using the power of the internet. By becoming a Port10 subscriber, a seller can put up products for sale, arrange documentation, handle customer inquiry and much more all in one place.

- Visit the registration link. - Choose Account Type as a Buyer. - Fill out the registration details as required. - Once complete, you will receive an activation email to complete the registration process. - Search our product catalogue to find products that meets your demand. - Choose the product and add it to your cart. - Head to the checkout to conduct payment. You can use card payment (Mada, Mastercard or Visa) and also bank transfer payments. - Done!

- Visit the registration link. - Choose Account Type as a Supplier. - Fill out the registration details as required. - Once complete, you will receive an activation email to complete the registration process. - After that, you will receive on your email detailed steps to help you setup your seller account and start handling online orders.

You can find all types of products on Port10. The major product categories that we have on our platform are: Food and Beverages, Textile and Accessories, Electronics, Toys and Gifts, Body and Beauty, Construction and Commercial Equipments, Metals and Chemicals Raw Materials, Paper and Packaging and Automotive.

As a Buyer, you have no costs whatsoever. Once registered, you can start shopping immediately. Sellers can subscribe using our Basic package, which gives them access to upload products, monitor orders and sales, enjoy direct messaging channels with buyers and also accept Request for Quotations (RFQ). In addition to that, Sellers are capable of making purchases on Port10, for free.

There are two payments methods used on Port10: Cards and Transfers. By using cards for payments, your order will be paid off for immediately and the invoice will be made available to you. You can use Mada, Visa or Mastercards to make your payments. Transfers require you to pay off the invoice value by transferring to the virtual account that shows up upon finalizing your order. You can transfer to the account online, through a bank branch or via mobile app of your bank. The invoice will be made available to you only once payment is confirmed received, which can take up to 3 days.

You can have your order requirements processed via our RFQ panel. By inputting all the necessary details for your order and sending it to the supplier, you can get specially tailored pricing as per your need.

You can specify the delivery method and requirements during the order. We are working on setting up delivery services and any developments made will be announced soon.

We are currently operating in Saudi Arabia only and will be announcing expansions to the GCC markets soon.

The return of a product has to be arranged directly with the supplier by lodging a request. Refunds, if required, will be made by the supplier.
